The contracts that sold Rangers to Craig Whyte

I was asked to intervene on a Twitter debate. Doubtless it is a matter of life and death that the matter gets resolved! I have no idea what it was about, but apparently the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) documents that sold Rangers FC to Craig Whyte are the key to solving this great debate. [enter ironic smiley face here].

The documents were originally published in on here in the 2011/12 period. The links to the files were removed after Craig Whyte was arrested. When this matter was a live case, it did not seem wise to leave materials that would affect the case in public view. (The main SPA document proved his innocence- at least of the charges connected to Rangers). No reason to keep them private now.

There are a few referenced attachments missing at the end. The source of this material said there was nothing of significance in them, and from context, and the passage of time, this appears to be correct.
